At New York Bagel,
our bagels are boiled
and then baked.

This process contributes to
the wonderful taste and texture of our bagels.


We make the following bagel varieties from scratch.
Bagel weight is 4 oz.

Our bagels contain no trans-fats, preservatives, dairy products or peanut products.



Our other fine baked products

Raisin Twists: Twisted raisin bagel dipped in a cinnamon-powdered sugar mix, baked, then drizzled with a syrup glaze.

Cinnamon Sugar: Plain bagel dipped in a cinnamon-powdered sugar mix, then baked.

Bialys: a plain bagel shaped into a disk with onion baked in the middle.

Bagel Thins: Great for dips, spreads or just snacking. We make plain, onion, whole wheat, raisin and sea salt bagel thins.

Flagels: A flattened bagel dipped in parmesan, sesame, onion or everything mix before baking.
